UviDok - Uvid javnosti u doktorske disertacije

Zajednički portal svih doktorskih disertacija i pripadajućih izveštaja komisije o njihovoj oceni, koje su na uvidu javnosti pre odbrane na Univerzitetu u Beogradu.

Repozitorijum odbranjenih doktorskih disertacija na Univerzitetu u Beogradu dostupan je na veb stranicama Univerzitetske biblioteke "Svetozar Marković" i u NaRDuS-u (Nacionalni Repozitorijum Disertacija u Srbiji).

University information system

University Information System (UIS) is designed for the integration of faculties’ and institutes’ data, centralized issuing of diplomas, analysis of the work of higher education institutions, as well as support for university’s processes.
UIS supports collection and storage of all relevant data (study programs, students, teaching staff, researchers, papers, admission exams etc.) into one centralized database. Moreover, UIS allows following processes:
-    centralized system of diploma issuing
-    scheduling and recording of e-sessions
-    administration of inter-university cooperation contracts and foreign students
-    recognition and nostrification of public documents
Ongoing analysis of the said processes contibutes to constant improvement of the software. This results not only with compliance with legal regulations, but also with the development trends in higher education in Serbia.

ProRef (Provera referenci) je informacioni servis koji omogućava uvid u kategorije časopisa u kojima su časopisne reference objavljene. Informacionu osnovu čine objedinjena 3 izvora podataka:

• godišnja izdanja Journal Citation Report (izdavač Thomson-Reuters);

• kategorizacija domaćih časopisa koju svake godine na predlog Matičnih naučnih odbora usvaja Ministarstvo prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja (MPNTR);

• liste časopisa koje su predložili fakulteti Univerziteta u Beogradu iz oblasti društveno-humanističkih nauka.

University services

For the needs of installation, introduction and maintenance of the University Information System, RCUB provides the University of Belgrade, and other interested universities, with the following services:

• Help in dimensioning and acquisition of servers
• Installing the operative system, data base, and application server
• Installing the data base and UIS components
• Server monitoring and automatic error reporting
• Service availability monitoring
• Upgrading the operative system, data base and application server
• Upgrading the UIS components and data base migration

Universities (except UoB) are in charge for:

• Independent hardware acquisition
• Regular data backup
• User administration

For the faculties and institutions connected the UIS, we are available for:

• Help in dimensioning and acquisition of servers
• Installing the operative system
• Installing clients for web services for automated data transfer to the Rectorate
• Software upgrade
• Technical help for problems in tranfering data to the university

The easiest way for the faculties to receive help is within the Web services working group, which includes the representatives of all institutions of the University of Belgrade (Rectorate, RCUB, faculties and institutes). The working group web site is available here.
