The ELISA project (e-Learning for improving access to Information Society for SMEs in the SEE Area) is funded by the European Union under the CADSES (Central European Adriatic Danubian South-Eastern European Space) program scheme which is aimed to promote and support small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt e-business tools in promotion of their products and services.

ELISA project provided that 10.000 copies of "ELISA - improving access to education for the Information Society to small and medium companies in Southeast Europe" sets (including CD and book)  were distributed to SMEs throughout Serbia.

One of the outcomes of the ELISA project was the development of multilingual interactive e-learning platform. The objective of this platform is to provide a common far-reaching cooperative educational tool for continuous training of local small and medium enterprises.

TEMPUS Integratian and Reorganization of Information Systems

The goal of TEMPUS project (JEP-40091-2005) „Integration and Reorganization of Information Systems“ was to transform the autonomous university systems into one integrated system, as a part of the broader higher education reform in Serbia. Aim was to apply EU standards in higher education, as well. This project involved the University of Novi Sad and Niš University, as well as the Technical University in Vienna. RCUB participated as a project coordinator, and the University of Lyon 3 was a grant holder. This project set the foundations of the University Information System, which is still developing and is in use at universities in Serbia. TEMPUS program of the European Union is one of the oldest and most successful programs of the EU cooperation.
